Peterson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a full-time Sales Appointment Generator for our dealership. We are always looking to recruit top talent to add to our team and this position is no exception!

Ideal applicants for this position will have the ability to learn and perform these primary tasks:

• Make at least 60 outbound phone calls per day in addition to a high volume of internet chat, email, text, and inbound phone calls
• Be a good teammate and communicate effectively
• Stay up-to-date with your organizer with 0 overdue tasks at the end of each shift
• Be proactive with pattern recognition. View and treat customers as humans, not just leads
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and customer interactions in our CRM system

Additional tasks and responsibilities will come, but these are the main responsibilities of this position.
