More About the Position:
A T&G Drain Tech
No holiday or overnight emergency service/on call
  • Provides 5-star service running preventative maintenance and drain service calls to residential customers to restore the flow of clogged drains
  • Refers customers to Drain Specialist as needed conversion rate of 65%
  • Offers Home Care Club plans to new customers conversation rate of 60%, maintains KPIs and core values
  • Is on a Sales career path of 2-3 years to move into a Drain Specialist role
What Does It Take?:
  • 0-2 years of industry experience or mechanical aptitude
  • Sales mindset
  • Dedication to learning a skilled trade on the job
  • Must be able to clear a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report
