Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Writing Homeowners Insurance policies and collecting policy premiums
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, updating and renewing client policies, and assisting producers
- Receiving and reviewing cancellation policies
- Remarketing homeowner policies
- Explaining and recommending coverages and policies to customers

Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in Personal Insurance and writing Home Policies
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance license
- Applied Epic experience is a plus
