Full description of the position
- Position: Branch Manager
- Hours: Full-Time
- Workdays: Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
- Pay: $ $50k-$60k (Plus Commission)
- Start Date: ASAP
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Generate new business through outside sales.
- Manage a team of 1-2 FTEs to operationalize the branch business.
- Develop and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Re-engage inactive clients.
- Create and present quotes to prospective customers while considering target margins and other business factors.
- Managing and growing client accounts by:
- performing site visits
- troubleshooting challenges
- maintaining multiple levels of communication and contact with client representatives, and
- ensuring associate success through engagement and understanding of client needs
- Oversee and manage branch billing, accounts receivable, and collections as outlined in the company credit and collections policy.
- Manage and analyze profit and loss statements for the branch to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
- Manage the processes of worker dispatch, payroll, and customer invoicing, assisting as necessary.
- Actively promote community awareness of Labor Finders services.
- Other related duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 3+ years of business-to-business sales experience is highly preferred
- 2 or more years of experience at a staffing firm is a plus (not a requirement)
- 3 years of office experience
- Profit and loss proficiency and collections experience a plus
- Pass a Pre-employment background screen
- Valid driver's license
- Strong networking skills (online as well as in-person)
- Solid computer and Internet skills, MS Office and Outlook, Word, CRM, ATS, etc.
