Residential, In-Home Plumber Sales Representative

Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $100,000-$400,000

You are highly motivated: You have a drive to learn more because you know that it serves everyone from the customer to the team to yourself. You push yourself to meet more customers and help them more efficiently.

Youre a natural salesperson: You are comfortable around people and you love helping them reach a decision thats right for them. Youre not pushy but youre also not a pushover. Ideally, you have at least 5 years of in-home sales experience in which you help customers feel confident about making high-cost decisions that may be complex and technical for them. No Prior Plumbing sales experience or HVAC equipment/technical knowledge is needed. We will train the right Plumbing Sales employee.

Youre ready to work: You have a drivers license, Drug free and a ready-to-work attitude and can workdays, evenings, and weekends to meet with customers in their homes at their convenience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide customers with solutions for their Plumbing and other home solutions needs.
• Consult with potential and existing customers to provide a customized Plumbing solution including our exclusive maintenance program
• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all sales agreements have been fulfilled to customer satisfaction
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads to offer any additional information as needed to convert them into sales
• Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers
• Emphasize salable features, quotes, prices and credit terms and prepare sales orders for jobs sold
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc.
• Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends

Youre a professional: You are clean, neat, and well-groomed in appearance and can confidently and clearly interact with anyone.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
