As our Commercial Account Manager, you will manage an existing book of business, provide exceptional service to our clients, and work with our Producers to assure all clients needs are met in a timely manner. This position is hybrid and allows you the opportunity to work remotely two days a week.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Respond timely to all incoming emails and calls including questions from clients, co-workers, and carriers.
• Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage.
• Review endorsements, audits, and policies for accuracy.
• Process incoming certificate of insurance requests and policy change requests in a timely manner.
• Obtain and review new business and renewal quotes.
• Bind and review policies for accuracy.
• Prepare proposals for clients.
• Document client accounts according to agency procedures.
• Attend and participate in all department and company meetings.
• Demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers when needed.

The Best Candidate for this position will have:

• 3-5 years of Commercial Insurance experience
• 2-20 Property & Casualty License preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
