Comprehensive Training: Embark on our 'Hello Week' and continue with rigorous, structured training sessions including team huddles, specialized Wednesday team training, and ongoing Thursday agent training sessions. All designed to teach you how to find success with our model.
Unmatched Support: Benefit from our in-house Transaction Coordinators (TCs), marketing team, and plans to integrate Virtual Assistants (VAs) to handle non-sales tasks, allowing you to focus on what you do best.
Innovative Programs: Participate in our Gratitude and VIP programs, designed to not only attract our ideal client type (Active Military Vets) but also provide them with tangible benefits, reinforcing our mission of service and gratitude.

What type of agents do well at Foxtrot Company:
Passionate about serving our community and eager to specialize in their unique real estate needs.
Valid real estate license in the state of VA.
Highly collaborative, willing to learn, improve, and contribute to a team environment.
Located in or willing to relocate to the Northern VA area, with a focus on Fairfax County,
Alexandria City, Arlington County, Fairfax City, and the City of Falls Church.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule
