Full description of the position

Description:

The Executive Sales Director is a key driver for the overall success of our organization! Not only are you looking for new sales opportunities in our customer base, you are continually looking for new vendor partners to add to our portfolio and build our marketshare. Motivated by growth opportunity, rising to the challenge of landing the big fish, managing a team, and being an intricate part of the leadership team for ongoing strategic and operational goals.

Requirements:
  • Vendor relationship managing, creating growth opportunities with existing vendors as well as landing new vendor deals, with a strong focus on contract negotiations
  • Strong phone presence with clients, vendors, and strategic partners
  • Manage targets and goals against overall goals, identifying gaps and strategically planning to address and navigate accordingly
  • Proactively look for new growth opportunities and an increase in market share
  • Make recommendations for new lead sources as knowledge and familiarity with the industry develop
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional materials
  • Focus on sales plans to achieve profit goals, working closely with key stakeholders to meet objectives
  • Manage and mentor team

Additional Information
  • The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
  • This position will require candidate to primarily work from the office, but some work-from-home flexibility is included
  • PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
