Position

Jerry Seiner Cadillac seeks two experienced Sales Consultants to join the team! Jerry Seiner Cadillac is the largest Cadillac dealer in the state. We offer paid training and a salary for the first three months plus bonuses and commissions.

General Duties May Include:

• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote himself/herself to guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles (including test drives).
• Deliver new and used vehicles to customers. This process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience or equivalent.
• Strong Communication skills
