Dimensional Marketing is looking for an experienced sales professional to serve as a commission-based, outside sales representative. The position entails identifying and qualifying branded merchandise opportunities with new prospects and sales leads, maintaining prospect conversations and relationships, researching, and analyzing buying opportunities, and setting up discovery meetings with targeted buyers. Some leads will be provided but the rep is responsible for using his/her network and skills to uncover opportunities. Dimensional Marketing provides marketing support, outreach materials, and closing assistances.

This position requires someone with a passion for sales and marketing. It requires someone with an extensive network and not afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation. This is a sales hunting position and requires the ability to prospect and build interactions with decision makers. Previous promotional product and apparel experience is not required but is ideal. The position will require some local travel, depending on the client, to meet with accounts. Some extended periodic travel may be needed for specific needs, events, and Prospects.

Primary Responsibilities and Expectations

Continuously qualify Suspects and Prospects

Uncover needs, budgets, and decision-making process for Prospects

Promptly respond to leads and opportunities

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Learn the tools to implement the Dimensional Marketing Sales Process

Communicate with management on potential leads and opportunities for their involvement

Communicate with Account Managers and Assistants to ensure accounts are maintained and properly transitioned

Work with sales and creative teams to ensure marketing support needs are met

Identify and attend networking opportunities

Attend supplier and customer focused trade shows when necessary

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is commission based

Individual and team performance bonuses are awarded based on achieving milestones

A performance review will be conducted every two weeks for the first 30 days and quarterly thereafter. Annual reviews, expectations, and goals will be conducted in January of each year

Pay: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
