Join Our Team as an In-Office Sales Rep!

Integrity Energy is a Cleveland-based company that has been in business for 20+ years with a proven and successful sales process! $400 Sign on bonus! $200 after 90 days & $200 upon being promoted to a sales rep/ energy broker!

Position Overview:

• Paid Training: ($15-$25/hr)

One week of in-class training and 1-3 months of hands-on training & development as a lead generator. In this role, individuals focus on generating leads for the sales team and you will learn everything about the energy industry and our proven process to sell over the phone. Upon meeting minimum quotas, you will advance to Sales College.

• Sales College: ($15-$30/hr + 100% uncapped commission)

Sales College is an advanced training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to become proficient sales representatives. During this phase, trainees learn essential sales techniques such as quoting pricing, negotiating deals, drafting contracts, and closing sales. Successful completion of Sales College indicates readiness to handle sales responsibilities independently and you will then be assigned to a sales team as a proficient sales representative/ energy broker.

• Sales Representative/ Energy Broker: ($18-$30/hr + 100% uncapped commission)

As a sales representative/ energy broker you are responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Sales representatives strive to meet sales targets. You have full autonomy in setting your own pay, based on your performance, and will have continued room for growth in our sales department!

2023 Average Earnings:

Top Performers: $80k+/ year

Average Annual Earnings: $55k+/ year

Average Monthly Commission $1500-$3000

Career Growth:

• Renewal Representative Role: Renewal Reps are responsible for calling our current customers to renew their current contracts within their renewal window.
• Pay-Per-Performance Model:

$17-$30 per hour based on production plus uncapped commission
