Position: Senior Insurance Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Insurance Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of both full-time and part-time agents. Your primary focus will be on equipping agents with the skills and knowledge to effectively sell our range of insurance products in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer sectors. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with agents, and ensuring the success of our sales team. Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, and train full-time and part-time agents to effectively sell our insurance products.

- Implement training programs to enhance agents' sales skills, product knowledge, and market understanding.

- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to agents to help them achieve their sales targets and career goals.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies for targeting both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets.

- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.

- Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in sales techniques, customer service, and relationship building.

- Foster a positive and productive team culture that promotes success.

Qualifications:

- Experience in outside sales, with a proven track record of success.

- Previous experience in sales management, including recruiting, training, and coaching a sales team.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Life and Health insurance licenses (preferred).

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: $93,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
