Your Responsibility:

• Complete our comprehensive instruction program in your first 6 weeks
• Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods
• Effectively close sales in your territory
• Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success
• Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals
• Manage homeowner expectations and experience throughout the construction process
• Work a 40-hr flexible schedule to meet with homeowners
• Grow a substantial book of business

Compensation:

• First year Sales Rep estimated earnings $50,000-$130,000
• Commissions paid weekly
• Additional weekly onboard pay during 6 weeks coaching period
• Uncapped earnings potential

Travel Opportunities
Eligible and interested teammates may:

• Participate in our Storm Response Team - where sales teammates can be sent to other branches with recent storm damage
• Participate in our SnowBird program - where teammates in branches affected by colder weather can be sent to branches that are still active!

Your credentials:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year sales experience, D2D, retail, customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops
• Coachable and positive mindset
• Desire to determine your own earnings
• Strong communication skills with a passion and aptitude for helping people
