Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and execute a successful sales plan according to industry benchmarks and Century Business Technologies methods.
  • Maintain sales CRM on a daily basis to develop an up-to-date and accurate record of all sales activities. Keep your schedule updated with appointments and tasks.
  • Will apply a consultative approach to C level management and Departmental Champion contacts through analysis of customer business and technology requirements, and short/long term corporate initiatives to uncover business issues and organizational problems that can be addressed through the application of software and industry resources including custom application development.
  • Keep current on all relevant product knowledge, promotions, pricing and marketing materials by reviewing provided material and self-education.
  • Education and implementation of CBT sales methods and practices
  • Prepare and deliver effective presentations to qualified customers including in-house and on-site product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship with all sales departments, to improve and escalate the CBT presence in all accounts.
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals for assigned territory by developing relationships with new and existing customers and growing market share in assigned territory.
  • Familiarization and certification for required CBT offerings, as well as ongoing learning of established CBT solution offerings.

*Hiring Criteria:

  • 2-5 years verifiable outside B2B sales expertise selling to High Level Executives, preferred.
  • College degree in related field desired, not required
  • Documented record of sales achievements preferably in an outside B2B software or solutions sales environment or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of standard office processes, AP, AR, HR, contracts, case management, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using a CRM

Topeka Corporate Office acquisition of new logo business within assigned regions, and growing solution sales within current base.
