• A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license.
• The licensing process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

Full Job Description

This is an Hourly rate + Commission sales position with a captive agency in the Toledo Metro area where your experience, knowledge and sales skills will be utilized to attract and sell new prospects. Our agency is a multi-location agency that offers both personal and commercial P&C policies in addition to life insurance and financial services. This is an in office and not a remote work from home opportunity, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. In this role you will not be asked to do any cold calling as leads are provided by our agency.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Property & Casualty Producer License (Life License a plus)
• Excellent communication skills & strong follow-up processes
• Strong sales closing skills
• Experience with a lead/client management system
• Able to work well in a results oriented team environment.
• Actively involved in your community and comfortable reaching out to your sphere of influence
• You enjoy and thrive in a salary + commission work environment.
