We are seeking energetic, bilingual and reliable professionals to join our team of Call Center Insurance Sales Representatives.

Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring SALES Oriented individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate insurance decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the insurance products or services of the company
• Be a top performer in sales representative
• Take customer calls and respond to customers' queries, comments, or complaints.
• Provide customers with insurance customer service support.
• Live up to the company's customer service and sales standards.
• Make outbound calls when required
• Exceed sales targets.
• Make decisions about customer service.

Requirements

• MUST be Bilingual in English and Spanish to be eligible for the position
• MUST be 440 CSR Licensed or 220 Property and Casualty Licensed

(Candidates without a 440 CSR or 220 insurance license must be willing to obtain it within the first 30 days of employment, if selected for the position).

• Previous Property & Casualty insurance experience is a PLUS.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills verbal and written
• Excellent computer skills
• Professional presentation and demeanor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
