Matt Blatt Mitsubishi is currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers throughout their car buying journey, providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships. Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing detailed product information and conducting test drives
• Present and negotiate pricing options, financing terms, and trade-in offers to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with customers
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
