Hayward Honda is looking for an experienced automotive Internet Sales Representative to join our successful sales department. This is an opportunity to join a successful and lucrative sales team receiving leads from multiple sources. We provide a positive work environment and are looking for experienced best in class Internet Sales Representatives. Our compensation is above industry average, paid on front end and back end percentage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate in-store appointments by means of outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers looking for a new Honda or other used vehicles.
• Manage email leads and phone calls. Candidate must be able to generate appointments and convert to sales every month through leads, email, phone calls, text messages, etc.
• Be available to respond to email, phone, text inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner.
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection be the product expert & authority on all things Honda
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Check email and notifications frequently and respond to inquiries immediately.
• Must be able to take care of our guests and generate new and used vehicle sales through the internet department and maintain an excellent CSI.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous automotive dealership experience is highly encouraged.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Comfortable with computers, technology, and ability to type fluently.

The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $18.05. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
