Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Maintain accurate and organized files for tenants, leases, and property documents
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and overseeing contractors
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing and negotiating lease agreements
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and schedule maintenance tasks
- Assist with facilities management, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and in compliance with regulations
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective customer relationship management
- Answer phone calls and inquiries from tenants and potential renters with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with CMMS software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
