As a Sales Manager for our security guard company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our clientele base. You will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, generating leads, and closing deals. Your primary duties will include attending appointments, nurturing leads, collaborating with telemarketers, and following up on potential opportunities. You will have the opportunity to earn a competitive base salary along with lucrative commission incentives for every deal successfully closed.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $20.50 - $23.00 Per Hour + Commission on each client obtained!

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company services, Armed, Unarmed Guard Services plus Patrol Services to new and existing customers
• Take excellent care of all potential clients
• Organize and respond efficiently and quickly to emails and incoming communication on behalf of the team
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve potential customer inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Work with Operations to make sure we can be efficient on all levels
• Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of leads
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process
• Cultivates new leads through referrals, company provided leads, past customers and cold calling.
• Attend sales meetings in person and training sessions as directed by management.
• Prepare post order for new clients
• Conduct quality face to face sales presentations to new customers.
• Required to meet potential clients throughout southern California
• Collaborate closely with our telemarketing team to generate leads and schedule appointments.
• Attend appointments, showcasing the value of Onguard Inc.'s security services and solutions.
• Follow up diligently with hot leads, nurturing relationships and guiding prospects through the sales process.
• Cultivate new leads through strategic canvassing efforts and networking opportunities.
• Close appointments and convert them into lucrative sales, leveraging your expertise and Onguard Inc.'s industry-leading offerings.
• Must turn leads into sales after each sale and contract closed you will be compensated commission.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Security Sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Outgoing and friendly
• Excellent grammar, email and verbal skills
• Committed to standards of the highest professionalism and ethics
• Must have experience in dealing with City, County or Federal Contracts.
