Full description of the position

We are looking for a Customer Service Sales and Support Representative in Fort Collins to work with an industry leader in environmental monitoring and process equipment! The Customer Service Sales and Support Representative will be handling multiple outbound calls where you will be helping current customers make informed decisions about services and products. The right candidate will have the ability to make multiple calls and maintain a conversation while also following a script. We are a company that focuses on quality not quantity and we want to ensure that each customer has a positive experience!

Position Requirements:

• High school or equivalent degree
• Preferred 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be comfortable working on a computer
• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable with sales and retention with a fun positive attitude!
• Experience in the de-escalation of calls a plus
• Should be able to analyze and correct problems within a client account that may be causing problems
• Microsoft Office proficiency highly desired (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc..)
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Must be highly organized and able to use time effectively

Schedule: Must be available in between the hours of 6am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: $16.00-24.00/hour depending on experience
