Are you a top producer, one call closer, sales expert?

We are Win Win Homes, a home buying and flipping company. Were hiring an Acquisition Rep (Expert Sales Closer) In this role you will meet with homeowners and negotiate buying their home. We are rated in the top 5% of our peer group on Google, BBB, and Facebook with over 150 reviews.

IS THIS YOU?:

• You've earned over $100K annually in your last sales position (were looking for high performers with a proven track record of sales success)
• Minimum requirement of three (3) years experience in Sales. Outside sales experience is a major plus.
• Enthusiastic and resilient
• Committed to self development
• Genuine and empathetic personality, able to build relationships and trust with clients both in person and over the phone

COMPENSATION:

• Uncapped commissions paid monthly
• Last year our top closer earned $280,000, so if youre driven and skilled you will earn great $$$ in this role!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• You'll go on appointments with homeowners driving to meet them at their homes
• Youll develop rapport with home owners, confirm their property condition, earn their trust, and negotiate a win-win purchase offer
• You'll build a referral base of professionals who send you homeowner leads. You earn a higher commission on these leads
• Interact daily with our skilled appointment-setters and the rest of your Acquisitions Team
• This is a 1099 contractor position, so there are no benefits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a reliable vehicle to get to seller appointments
• Must have your own computer / laptop with a headset to make phone calls
• Must pass a background check
• Must be okay with call recording and call review coaching (this is a best practice for top players in our industry)
