Full description of the position

```Duties:``` - Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner - Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about available units - Process rental applications and conduct background and credit checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately - Collect and process rental payments from tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally - Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants ```Requirements:``` - Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants - Proficient in data entry and office software applications - Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is a plus - Ability to upsell additional services or amenities to prospective tenants - Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices - Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.55 - $16.00 per hour
