At Kurtis Kitchen & Bath, we provide consumers with designs and materials to complete their remodeling - from "materials-only" through "full-service" projects for kitchens and baths using state-of-the-art CAD software. We have recently added refacing and refinishing to our remodeling services, so we now have every option a client may desire. We have been in business for 51 years and operate selection centers in Livonia, Royal Oak, Clarkston & Utica.

We are one of the largest KraftMaid dealers in Michigan, and we also handle Quality, Wellborn, UltraCraft, Urban Effects, Corian, Zodiaq, Silestone, Granite, etc.

Responsibilities

We are looking for salesperson with sales and design experience in the kitchen and bath industry! Our Lead Project Managers utilize their kitchen & bath knowledge to assist retail customers with the planning, design, selection, and purchase of their remodeling projects. If you love to interact with people, then this position is for you!

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have experience in:

• Sales and customer service

• Kitchen and/or bath industry
• Interior design

Store hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM on Mondays, 10 AM to 6 PM on the other weekdays, and 10 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. Your work schedule is five days a week, as we are closed on Sunday; your day off is usually Tuesday or Wednesday.

Earnings

Lead Project Managers will earn what they average in sales per month. For example, if you invoice $840,000 per year in materials sales (divided by 12 months equals $70,000 average materials sales per month), then you will earn about $70,000 per year. Earnings are a function of salary, volume commissions and spiffs. The average earnings of a Lead Project Manager at Kurtis in 2019 exceeded $80,000.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
