Rouen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Woodville Ohio has been family owned and operated since 1986, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and forward-thinking Service BDC Representative to join our team!

A Service BDC Representative must provide excellent customer service, successfully schedule service appointments and handle service customers concerns. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining accurate records and is expected to handle themselves professionally and ensure that the customers needs are addressed.

Essential Job Functions:

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails for the service department
• Schedule service appointments and reschedule no show customers
• Service follow-up calls, set appointments for service, and gauge customer satisfaction
• Record and manage customer information through the CRM as well as mine the data to conquest new service customers
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns and products
• Work closely with the Service Department to keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Essential Job Skills:

• Good written, and verbal communication skills
• High organized, with an ability to learn quickly
• Results-driven and motivated for sales
• Excellent customer service
• Effectively manages responsibilities with time management to reach goals
• Sales experience is preferred
• Has prior CRM experience and is computer savvy
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Valid Drivers License

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
