Our ideal candidate will play a crucial part in generating and closing solar leads, as well as superior relationship building skills.

Average $5,000 - $15,000 per month! The Solar Sales Area Manager position is a commission-based position with monthly bonuses and growth potential. We are looking for talented Area Managers who perform well and Arvo Solar can put them in charge of their own team. This a small example of growth potential.

We provide all of the tools and training you need to maximize your sales; from sales videos to show your customers to clothing and SO SO much more.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to learn and convey Arvo Solar's company values
• Utilize our awesome custom software built in Hubspot!
• Commit yourself to our easy 4 step selling process
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers & management
• Collaborate with the marketing department to effectively generate sales
• Constantly learn about your field
• Monitor the end-to-end sales process from point of sale to project completion
• Go to scheduled appointments daily to conduct in-home presentations as well as the ability to self-generate leads

Requirements:

*Sales & Customer Service Experience: Our current employees previously worked in such industries as Retail Sales, Insurance Sales, Real Estate Sales, Oil & Gas Sales, Management, Car/Truck Sales, Roof Sales, Solar Sales, Military/Law Enforcement, Business to Business Sales, Customer Service, & related industries just to name a few. • Excellent sales, customer service & communication skills

• Ability to work Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Personal Transportation & Auto Insurance
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Proven work experience in a sales-driven environment-required
• Familiarity with CRM programs
• Organizational and analytical skills

Compensation:

• Average $5,000 - $15,000/month with per sale commissions!
• Monthly bonuses!
• Up to $10,000.00 sign-on bonus (base upon sales metrics)

Work Location:

• In-person (Bozeman and/or Billings)
