Job Description:
As a MedSpa Sales Consultant at Kate Somerville, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through effective sales and client engagement. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere while promoting our services and guiding clients towards the most suitable treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction and Consultation:
- Greet clients warmly, both in person and over the phone.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand clients' needs and goals.
- Educate clients about our services, procedures, and treatment options.
- Assess client suitability for specific treatments and make recommendations.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Promote and sell MedSpa packages, products, and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Create customized treatment plans and package options for clients.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into appointments.
Appointment Management:
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system efficiently.
- Maintain an organized appointment calendar, ensuring no overbooking or scheduling conflicts.
- Send appointment reminders to clients and confirm bookings.
Client Care and Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist clients during their visit, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest MedSpa trends, treatments, and products.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our services to better assist clients.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with MedSpa staff to ensure a cohesive and positive client experience.
- Communicate client feedback and suggestions to improve services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the medspa industry
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of MedSpa treatments and procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in aesthetics or sales is a plus.
