Engineered Printing Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting new customers, generating sales leads and follow-up activity, conducting regular sales calls for existing customer base in support of outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for equipment/machinery sales.

Duties will include:

- Conduct warm calling to potential customers to introduce our products and services

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals

- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value of our offerings

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Ideal candidate must have:

- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers

- Excellent negotiation and closing skills

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Familiarity with business development strategies and techniques

- Proficient in using Salesforce software

- Knowledge of equipment sales is a plus

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
