Responsibilities:

  • Door Knocking
  • Maximize every sales and relationship-building opportunity
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate new leads
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess roofing needs and provide estimates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and preferences
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay updated on industry trends and products to provide valuable insights to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth while demonstrating firm customer focus
  • Door to door
  • Ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, comfortable with heights.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the sales life-cycle
  • Participate in company and industry events and conferences
  • Work closely with our Sales Manager to provide new and innovative ideas maximizing market sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for clients
  • Familiarity with roofing materials, techniques, and best practices (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Organized
  • Responsible
  • Ability to multi-task without jeopardizing production

Pay: $80,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
