We are a GAF Master Elite Contractor and have built a reputation for delivering outstanding roofing services. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager/Sales professional to join our team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Roofing Project Manager/Salesperson to oversee and manage roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing sales, project management, and customer service but that experience isnt required. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities, assess roofing needs, provide accurate estimates, and manage projects to completion while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Make friends: We only hire likable people because it is critical in winning business and customer service. If they like you, they pay attention. If they pay attention, they absorb the education. If they are educated, they will choose to work with us because it IS the best option.
• Use Technology: Because we are working virtually, you must be able to learn how to use a CRM to input information and keep organized.
• Educate Customers: Roofing with us is a no-brainer but our customers wont realize that until you educate them. We give you the training and tools to educate them; you just need to bring the personality.
• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert: You may not know anything about roofing yet and thats ok, but youll need to master the topic so you can understand and meet your customers needs.
• Complete the Paperwork: To get paid, you have to correctly complete all the documents. You must walk the customer through completing their lending documents and the contract then submit them correctly.
• Be a Good Person: We only want people who are honest and who want to help our customers have a great experience. If you are willing to treat every customer like your own Mom, we want you on our team to give exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Become a Leader: Because we are growing, we will need more and more leadership along the way. Once you get your feet on the ground, our new hires will look to your example to see how its done. If you can provide that leadership, we promote fast from within.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners in target neighborhoods to discuss roofing needs or anything exterior
• Provide information about our exterior services and solutions.
• Schedule appointments for roofing or any exterior inspections and quotes.
• Collect and record customer information for follow-up by our sales team.
• Represent Wolf River Electric with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on our products and services.
• Provide information about the organization, its mission, and current campaigns

Experience:

• You are likable. No, really, thats it! We can teach you roofing and we can teach you sales/project management, but we cant teach you to be likable. If you have charisma and integrity, you should try this career; youll be great and we need you!
• Sales, Project Management and Roofing Experience are a plus, however

Compensation:

• This is 100% commission, but the commission is huge!
• If you are eager to learn and disciplined, you should be able to make 100k+
• Our top-tier Roofing PMs make 70k in their first 6 months!
• We are growing (even in this economy) so we will need more leaders soon; We promote within so come grow with us!
• Most importantly, we are making good money by doing the right thing which, as you know, is a rare combination. Our customers are very satisfied with our work!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,605.36 - $150,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• 1099 contract
• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Year round work
