Full description of the position

Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/service to prospective and existing clients;
- Identify and target potential customers and markets for business development opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and customer relationships;

- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling;
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customer to meet their needs;

- Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats;

- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;

- Achieve agreed upon sales target and outcomes within schedules;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients;

- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports to Vice-President or President;
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients;
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers;
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process;
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management techniques;

- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services;

- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends;

- Continuously improve through feedback from leadership.

Skills:
- Proven experience as a printing sales representative;
- Strong sales skills with aproven track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills;

- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills;
- Excellent business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities;
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs;
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure profitable deals for the company;
- Effective account management abilities to build long-term relationships with clients;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to effectively tailor to the customers' needs;

- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback and continuous learning;
