Job Title: Sales Support Representative

Department: Sales

Reports To: Director of Sales and Marketing

Location: 41 University Drive, Newtown, PA 18940

General Summary:

The Sales Support Representative will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing, Capital Equipment Sales Representatives, Independent Medical Device Sales Representatives, and Product Manager in tasks intended to generate capital equipment sales in hospitals and surgery centers across the United States.

Essential Functions:

• Generate capital equipment quotations for independent and company capital equipment sales representative to present to customers.
• Follow up with sales representatives for necessary information to complete quotations
• Make arrangements for shows and exhibits
• Input information on customer relationship management programs such as HubSpot
• Order marketing and sales literature from vendors
• Maintain documentation and customer database on the Wassenburg Medical, Inc. website
• Approve customers for the Wassenburg Medical, Inc. website
• Arrange shipping of equipment with carriers
• Maintain the equipment ship list and associated equipment spreadsheets.
• Interact with Sales/Marketing personnel to coordinate paperwork and forms
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education Required:

High School Diploma, Associates Degree or 3-5 years in sales support. Experience with medical devices is a plus.

Practical Experience:

Proficient in the use of a computer, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams knowledge required. Must have exceptional organizational skills, phone etiquette and computer skills.
