TrueAero is seeking a full-time sales support representative to join our team!

Job Summary: The Sales Support Representative assists our sales team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, processing orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining sales records, and providing general support to a global sales team.

This position reports to the Director of Sales and works cross-functionally across several departments to ensure that all materials sales transactions are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and organizational skills to thrive in this role. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders
• Oversee shipments.
• Resolve common transaction errors
• Obtain shipping instructions, weights & dims
• Gather and update customer preferences
• Maintain high energy, cooperative and positive attitude, and a great sense of humor
• Other tasks and projects as directed by management

Required Experience:

• Up to 2 years experience in a customer or project-oriented role preferred
• Strong communication, consultation, and relationship management skills
• Detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
