Summary/objective

Ability to generate, source and develop leads turning them into sales.

Essential functions

Field experience in Residential HVAC Tech, Installation or Sales

Comfortable with a pay structure that is heavy on Commission.

Willingness to sell other Products/Services during slow season (water Heaters, IAQ, Backflow Preventer Maintenance, HVAC Memberships, RTUs and Boilers)

Familiar and comfortable using computer based selling products like Service Titan.

Ability to set own call schedule on a daily basis with minimal field supervision.

Well organized and can take on multiple tasks at the same time.

Desire to grow a Service Line not just make a paycheck.

Key Qualifications:

• Must have HVAC Sales Experience

EOE, post offer drug screening required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
