Seeking Call Center Reps to join our winning team at IBEX Roof. We are growing like crazy, and we need people who are looking to grow!

Requirements:

• Must be able to work all shifts 8:00am-2:00pm, 10:00am-4:00pm or 12:30pm-6:30pm, Monday-Friday.
• Experience in high volume outbound, sales, telemarketing and/ or cold calling is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a super attitude are a must!
• Strong computer system navigation skills.
• Dependability is a MUST

Responsibilities include:

• Setting appointments for our Estimators to demonstrate our home improvement products.
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Researching and qualifying new leads.
• Meet or exceed appointment setting quality of goals within company guidelines.

What we offer:

• Hourly pay - We offer a competitive hourly wage commensurate to experience, $17-$23/hour with great bonus structure.
