Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Internet Sales Director to join our team at Jim Trenary of Union. As the Internet Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving online sales and maximizing revenue opportunities through effective digital marketing strategies and outstanding customer service. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various online channels, including the dealership website, third-party platforms, and social media. Manage lead databases efficiently and ensure timely follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online visibility, driving website traffic, and generating qualified leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve sales targets.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the internet sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to ensure sales representatives are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in their roles.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and personalized assistance throughout the sales process. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive purchasing experience and foster long-term customer loyalty.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory managers to ensure accurate listings and pricing of vehicles on the dealership website and other online platforms. Monitor inventory levels and trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a focus on internet sales and digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM software and other sales management tools preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
