We are a busy Real Estate Brokerage office with 100+ associates and have been located in central Jersey for the past 16+ years. A Broker's license is not required for this job. We are seeking a Manager whose primary focus will be on maintaining aggressive growth by increasing productivity of existing agents in the office and increasing the number of licensed real estate agents within the organization. Manage the entire leadership team within the office, and build strong consultative relationships with the top agents in the office. Our new Manager will be excellent at casting a big vision and leading their team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the path to success. Must have high capacity in interpersonal relationships and will be an inspirational and effective oral and written communicator.

We currently have a very accomplished support staff at our location and a highly efficient back office. Both provide support to our associates and the team leader. We also own one of the largest Real Estate Licensing schools in the state [please apply online] . The school naturally feeds the growth of our of our office. We also have a very unique opportunity for agents [please apply online] and an in house Mortgage company that facilitates agents making income from Mortgages on a Real Estate Transaction where they represent the buyer.

In addition to the Base Salary, there is a very aggressive Bonus structure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
