Job Description:
Based in Kujavia-Pomerania Poland, CIMAT provides balancing equipment to manufacturers in various industries around the world. With continued growth, CIMAT is hiring a Sales Associate for our North American office in Sturtevant Wisconsin. This is a unique opportunity for the right individual as it will require the ability to be cross-functional and flexible while working within the sales team to support customers in the United States and Canada. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Associate to further maximize our sales teams potential by helping meet customer acquisition and revenue targets in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Sales Manager. This individual must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn industry-specific and technical information. Technical and/or sales background is helpful.#IND
Job Responsibilities:
Job duties may include, but will not be limited to, assisting in the support of existing accounts, prospecting for new business (over the phone, email, and online), quoting equipment and installation, order tracking, following ongoing projects, regular customer follow-up, assisting service team with parts quotes as needed and taking part in sales calls. There will be some overnight travel involved for customer/prospect visits and possibly trade showstypically within the US and Canada. A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required. Additional requirements are as follows.
Work with sales management to investigate and qualify customer opportunities.
Research customer contacts and develop optimal points of entry
Develop proposals and presentations to win opportunities
Travel to customer sites and build strategic relationships across the organization
Maintain Salesforce CRM with opportunities ranked by probability of happening, timing, revenue, and probability of win
Build credibility with new customers by demonstrating our value-added knowledge
Participate in trade shows and marketing events
Work to gain access to the highest levels in customer organization.
Maintain contact database and CRM history
Plan regular visits to keep contacts engaged and familiar,
Travel to customer sites and build strategic relationships across the organization
Obtain and disseminate appropriate technical information to engineering
Technical Skills and Education Qualifications:
Minimum BS in mechanical or high school technical education
PC medium proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Ability to recognize cost savings opportunities
Ability to lead others
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM desired
