As a Technical Account Manager with AWC, you will work directly with our technology partners and develop a deep understanding of their products. You will interact with our sales team, engineering team and our customers to understand their applications and discuss how technology can be implemented for improvement. You will strive to leverage agile design and development methods to create greater value faster and help our project teams execute to deliver as promised, on time and within budget. The successful candidate must be innovative, passionate, and resourceful while demonstrating technical skills.

The Job

  • Player/Coach Area Sales Manager who will build and cultivate sales team
  • Grow revenue through sales strategies for the following products/technologies: Pressure/Temperature/Level/Flow Instrumentation, Quarter-turn Valves and Control Valves
  • Work with our inside sales team, application engineers, and service team to promote and sell industry-leading technology solutions and service offerings
  • Teach concepts from the basics of pressure measurement to complex process control loops
  • Troubleshoot existing process applications to get customers back up and running
  • Work with technology partners to learn and implement technologies
  • Demonstrate technologies to customers
  • Document best practices and share with colleagues
  • Motivated self-starter with the unique ability to create and manage a complex schedule

In a Technical Account Manager role with AWC you will work directly with our technology partners and understand their products. Basic Qualifications

  • 4-Year bachelors in engineering or other technical discipline
  • 5 Years of hands-on technical experience
  • Leadership experience as a team lead, a mentor, or a supervisor
  • Must possesses the entrepreneur spirit and be self-motivated
  • Ability to see the big picture and manage the details of execution
