Overview:
Salesperson

Seeking a driven and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. You will play a key role in driving our sales and marketing efforts while contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media and attending industry events.

Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity.

• Sales & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Local travel required.

• Sales Management & Reporting:

Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports.

Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration & Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with team members such as estimating, customer service and production to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP software.(Heidelberg Prinect Business Manager a plus)
• Commercial Print and folding carton packaging industry experience is an asset.
• Experience with USPS full-service mailing, bulk mailing, direct mail marketing, printing to sorting, addressing, and barcoding a bonus.
