Sales Engineer

Brief Summary: After many decades making sheet metal parts for a variety of industries, Hi Tech Fabricating will soon be AS9100 Certified and begin directly servicing clients in the Aerospace Industry. We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional that also has a technical understanding of sheet metal products and aerospace standards to support our customers.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Sales Representative: 3 years (Preferred).
• Strong Communication Skills, to be able to call new customers.
• Able to read detailed Blueprints and other specification documents.
• Excellent time management and detail oriented.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and good driving record.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in US Territory.
• Bachelor's Preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing (3 Years Preferred).
• Some experience in Aerospace Industry a plus.
• Some experience in sheet metal a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quote unit prices using Company models.
• Analyze Blueprints to determine required manufacturing processes.
• Request quotes from company vendors, negotiation skills required.
• Enter and Process Sales Orders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Provide product lead times and expected delivery schedules to customers.
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.
• Generate and submit sales reports to management.

Work Hours & Benefits:

From Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Benefits include Medical, 401K plan, Vacation/Personal Days and Holiday pay.
