Weichert, Realtors - Coastal City is hiring a select number of professional real estate agents for their sales office. We are looking for people that have a current active or inactive Florida real estate sales or brokers license, no experience is necessary. There are also openings for experienced real estate salespersons and broker-salespersons. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Candidates must be interested in building a strong, scalable real estate business and becoming top earners in the industry using Weichert lead generation strategies. Weichert, Realtors - Coastal City provides our agents with a proven system for building business and growing your real estate career. We have an established onboarding program and multiple platforms providing ongoing professional development. We allow agents to work remotely, or agents can choose to utilize our office space in Atlantic Beach. We provide our agents with nearly everything needed in order to launch or expand a career in real estate. We are growing our office and growing our brand in northeast Florida, and we would love for you to come share in this exciting expansion.

Weichert invests in its real estate agents and their business. As we work hard to help agents either improve their current sales path or launch their real estate sales career professionally and successfully, we know the ideal candidate were looking for will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Have a valid Florida real estate salesperson license or broker's license.
• Newly licensed agents are welcome, no experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills, including being comfortable talking to new people.
• Good customer services skills.
• Good oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to operate and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Desire to work both as part of a cohesive team office environment while having a high degree of self-discipline, independence and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Flexibility in meeting with customers based on their convenience.
• Proficient with social media networking tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Willing to learn the latest technology using our myWeichert CRM, website and marketing platform.
• Desire to take advantage of available training to earn targeted income via commissions.
• Ability to make prospecting calls, work open houses and follow-up with company-generated leads.
• Ability to learn scripts and presentations and use the given company marketing materials to build your business.

Pay: $38,037.12 - $118,066.21 per year
