ATTN: THIS IS A OUTSIDE SALES POSITION AND IT IS FULLY COMMISSION. YOU WILL HAVE TO GENERATE YOUR OWN LEADS TO SUCCEED AT THIS POSITION.

As a Health Insurance Referral Agent, you will play a crucial role in our mission to expand healthcare access. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the eligibility assessment and enrollment process for individuals seeking coverage under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) health insurance plans. This involves providing comprehensive guidance and support to applicants, ensuring they understand their options and the criteria for qualification, and assisting them in navigating the enrollment procedures efficiently. This position is perfect for self-starters who are eager to make a difference in the healthcare industry. You will learn to fully submit applications and manage your personal database using a smartphone, computer, or tablet. This role is commission-based, with pay per application that is submitted and accepted.

Qualifications:

• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Licensing in health insurance or willingness to obtain a license within a specified timeframe.

Compensation:

• This is a fully commission-based position offering competitive commission rates and production bonuses.
• Agents who become licensed have the potential for higher commission rates and direct plan quoting privileges.
