HIRECLICK is a rapidly growing and innovative local Sioux Falls software company that helps companies hire more efficiently and with better quality of candidates with our HIRECLICK platform. New developments in our strategy and technology have opened the market hugely. We need experienced Sales Representatives, like you, to join our team!
Compensation:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year OTE (uncapped)
Over 100k OTE potential by 2nd year.

Position Overview:
Inside Sales From the comfort of our new office; prospect, connect, pitch, and close business with Small and Medium-sized businesses. Affiliate and Enterprise are also on the table for the clever and commission-focused rep. To help you achieve your goal, you will be supported with:
Market, sales, product, and technology training
Front-end sale support producing qualified leads
Back-end sale support onboarding and general care for the customer
Time-saving automated sales processes and technology
A state-of-the-art product and a sharp Product Team
To be successful you will need to do the regular inside sales activities like prospecting, qualification, cold calling, message crafting, discovery calls, strategy, managing your pipeline, discovery calls, software demonstrations, managing sales cycles, forecasting, and closing business opportunities. This position reports to the Head of Sales.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent education
1-3 years of Inside Sales making outbound calls preferred
Experience within the HR, Recruiting, or Software space is a plus
Proven ability to manage details on multiple projects and sales cycles simultaneously
Previous work within a CRM, such as Salesforce, is a huge plus
Ability to close deals is a must
Proven track record in multi-year, complex, concept sales
Experience with the MS Office Suite and MS Outlook preferred
Positive and upbeat disposition preferred
Phone skills and persuasive communication skills required
Experience providing presentations demonstrating technology both online and face-to-face
