Leasing Professional
As the first impression of our community, it is important our full-time AWESOME Leasing Consultant understands the value of providing strong customer service. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with residents, prospects and vendors, and to present a positive, professional image. We are looking for a true team player, who loves to have fun at work and wants to join a growing company.

This position includes the following schedule of Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and an occasional Saturday with a Monday off.

Leasing Consultant Requirements:

• Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Ability to assist with daily office operations, to include answering the phone, responding to residents' requests and inquiries, showing and leasing apartments, entering service requests and filing etc.
• Greeting and touring prospective residents, able to provide them with community information and rental rates.
• Follow up and document status of leads.
• Process and verify leasing applications and corresponding documents in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
• Updating and maintaining records and data bases.
• Outreach marketing.
• Data entry and utilizing Onesite.
• Desire to learn the requirements of the Property Management industry so that you can be promoted.

Required Experience:

• 3 + years of recent hands-on apartment/customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Have Tax Credit experience is preferred
• Superior customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to professionally communicate with all levels of management; internally and externally.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver's License
