Position Summary

Associate will be responsible for performing daily shipments to ILAs direct distribution customer base. This will include both administrative duties related to the business and service provided to distributors and retailers.

Essential Job Functions

• Dispatch, monitor, and follow up on OES Bulk Business.
• Verify and approve all daily buyback shipments through ILAs Supplier Web Portal.
• Back up for the customer service hot lines. Maintain ILAs customer service to our customer base, distributors, and sales team.
• Assist with updates to our Retailer Risk Factor.
• Responsible to create, update, and follow up with tickets in Zendesk.
• Maintain master data within ILAs computer system to include customer addresses, product relationships, and sourcing data.
• Communicate to both internal and external customers to assure the highest levels of customer satisfaction in all areas.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to the direct distribution process.

Minimum Requirements

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Experience

Years of Experience: At Least One Year of clerical and customer service experience; experience in warehousing operations preferred.

Job Knowledge/Special Skills/Abilities

Computer literate with capability in MS Office (specifically Excel), data entry, email, word processing, spreadsheet creation and modification, and Zendesk.

Respectable written and verbal communication skills.

Good attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Decent organization and time management skills.

Strong customer service attitude. Excellent internal and external customer service.

Work well with team members, customers, and vendors.

Able to work in a group setting or independently while meeting deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
