Call Center Agent Job Summary
You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to schedule an appointment for projects on there homes, respond to inquiries. This is a work home position and you will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in our products confirming appointments for our In-home Sales Consultants by over the phone. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customers emails
- Management and resolve customer complaints
- Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Process orders, forms, and application
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports on the CRM
- Other duties as assigned
Call Center Agent Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Have CRM experience and Lead Perfection is a plus.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Call center: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- CRM software: 1 year (Required)
