Wells Pharmacy Network is a privately held compounding pharmacy registered nationwide specializing in wellness, anti-aging, weight management, sexual wellness, aesthetic dermatology and thyroid and adrenal health.
Our mission is to elevate compounding industry standards through a unique combination of superior science and service. This includes operating a 20,000 503A pharmacy that meet the patients specific compounding needs and as well as a 21,000 SF FDA Registered 503B Outsourcing Facility that dispenses bulk medication for physician office use.
About this position
Exciting opportunity to be an Inside Sales Representative for a National Pharmacy providing Wellness products to physician practices and patients . Highly motivated individuals with sales experience or we will train. The Sales representative will identify , qualify ,contract and close new accounts located in territories throughout the country. Candidate will work to acquire new accounts by contacting leads with physician practices that can prescribe medications . Inside sales Representatives are good communicators and are able to understand the many pharmaceuticals we dispense.
This is an hourly plus commission position. We will train. Benefits available
Responsibilities
Responsible for researching and identifying new leads and entering in the CRM daily .
Establish relationships with key clinical decision makers until the potential lead becomes an account by maintaining scheduled communication and providing the highest quality service
Converts leads into accounts by presenting detailed information of our services and concierge medications
Responsible for tracking and managing your own leads
Remains updated as to new product and regulatory changes
Carries out planned campaigns designed to provide important information to existing and potential leads
Expected to convert accounts from low volume products to high volume products
Analyze & contact accounts with the potential of becoming a larger size account by presenting additional top line products & programs
works to bring back accounts no longer purchasing or decreasing accounts by introducing top line products and programs
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, regulatory changes etc. + communicates to Director of Sales and Products.
Follows established sales operating procedures and best practices
Expected to maintain a minimum number of outgoing communications via phone and email
Meets all performance expectations and regularly exceeds sales metrics
Performs all other related duties as assigned by management
Knowledge & Skills
Ability to search, locate, and identify target clinic leads
Customer centric + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with potential customers via phone and email
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry: pharmaceutical products, compounding, and specific clinical treatments
High intellectual curiosity and integrity
Accurately pronounce medical and pharmaceutical terminology
High organizational skills, multitasker, prioritize and manage time efficiently, attention to detail, and possess high level of accuracy
Must be a self-starter and results-driven
High adaptability in an environment with significant change
Willingness to work collaboratively and ability to demonstrate effective teamwork
Sensitivity to confidential documents and information
Qualifications
Associates Degree preferred but not necessary.
Previous experience in a sales outbound call center or related sales experience for 6-12 months a plus
. Experience in Compounding medications industry and sales a plus!!
Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) preferred
Genuine interest in pharmaceutical products related to wellness, quality of life, and hormonal therapies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office plus in written and verbal communications
Must be able to maintain above average attendance and punctuality
