Full description of the position

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical post sales and Sustaining project contact as the face of the company for our customer support teams
• Understand the end-to-end process for RFP, NPI, and Manufacturing to better triage customer cases
• Ability to create technical content that can be digested by all audiences
• Ownership of resolution of any customer reported technical issues
• Engage with customers at all levels of their organization
• Project manage resolution of technical issues with cross functional engineering teams
• Lead project post mortems and advocate for continuous improvement
• Be the forward thinking voice of the customer and anticipate their needs
• Lead the overall resolution and control messaging for escalated customer cases
• Document knowledge best practices for reuse throughout the company
• Support the sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities

What You'll Need

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong critical thinking skills and experience leading highly complex products through technical support, product development or project management
• Consistent track record of being a self-starter, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively, and growing in a dynamic environment
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Willingness to learn

• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of server and rack hardware design
• Experience working with large Cloud providers and Hyperscalers
• 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Technical Project Management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
