• Runs a mix of preset appointments for drain/sewer repairs options, including but not limited to jettings, coatings, linings, floor breaks, and full residential excavations
• Runs appointments from 9 am- 6 pm to meet our customers needs
• Sells a minimum of 1.7 million per year and has a 60% close rate
• Maintains an average sale of $6,000

• Previous experience in customer-facing sales
• Must be able to show a previous high-level closing rate
• Ability to work a flexible, varying schedule, including some 6 pm and Saturday appointments
• Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years

• Nexstar-specific sales training
• Company car and gas card
• Excellent medical, dental, vision, and life coverage; HSA match up to $1,200 in 1st year
• 1:1 match on retirement savings (up to 3.5%), Quarterly Profit-Sharing

Please arrive at 24501 Hallwood Ct Farmington Hills, 48335. We have two buildings on Hallwood Ct. Please come to the 1st building with our trucks that has a glass front (TG2). We will meet you at the front door.

Parking: Please park in our lot at TG1 or TG2-glass building on either side only. Please do not park at Bonaventure (you will be towed in the surrounding company lots) unless parking along the tree line faces away from Halsted, where our trucks are.
